Dr. David Bennett has over 40 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and trenchless technology and has provided expert witness services on over 35 cases involving HDD, microtunneling, pipe jacking, geotechnical issues, gas line and other utility strikes, and cases involving injuries and deaths. He has represented owners, engineering firms, general contractors, and trenchless subcontractors. He advises clients regarding the reasonableness of their claims, prepares expert reports, participates in mediation, gives depositions, and testifies at trial. Dr. Bennett provides expert witness services throughout the United States, Canada, and Australia.
