BTE Project Featured in WESTT Magazine

Bennett Trenchless Engineers is pleased to announce that our recent pilot tube guided auger boring (PTGAB) project in Sacramento was featured in the Annual Western Regional Trenchless Review magazine.  The article on the design and construction of a new 12-inch waterline crossing of UPRR for the City of Sacramento was co-authored by project engineers Mary Neher (BTE) and Justin Peterson (Carollo Engineers).  The entire publication can be found here;  click below to read the Bennett Trenchless article.

Kate Wallin Presents at PUG 2016

Ms. Wallin presented at the Northern California Pipe User’s Group (NorCal PUG) annual Sharing Technologies Seminar on February 18, 2016 at HS Lordship in Berkeley, CA.  The presentation discussed a project Bennett Trenchless designed for HDD installation of twin siphons beneath the Tuolumne River in Modesto, CA.  The twin 18-inch FPVCP siphons were each approximately 675-feet long and were constructed in the winter of 2014/2015 by Mozingo Inc. from Oakdale, CA and the HDD Company of Cameron Park, CA.
